About Your Crew

Your-crew.com has been developed to help yacht and boat owners and employers find all types of crew, from skippers and captains to sailing companions and competent crew and for crew members to find sailing positions both professional and amateur wherever they may be in the world.

It was then also realised that many passages are planned a long time in advance of their departure and crew are needed for these trips also.
